<p>Believe it or not, John Mayer is a big Hip-Hop fan.  ...And I don't mean the stuff that passed for Hip-Hop, I mean Real Hip-Hop.  He has collaborated with the likes of Just Blaze, Kanye West, and he even described his ideal sound would be soulful guitar riffs floating over the top of some Dilla style drums.  Maybe John wouldn't mind putting out some recording session files of his guitar work and then maybe we could keep Hip-Hop alive by being allowed to actually sample without having to go bankrupt for it.  Just a thought...</p>
